Do you know how to sail?

I am going to do my best to retell my journey of giving life back to a 1983 Canadian Sailcraft 33' Yatch. Let me begin with, "do you know how to sail?" "No, I do not know how to sail. But I know how to swim!" Not what I would recommend for a first time boat shopper, but we all start somewhere! I did aLOT of research, spoke with friends who owned boats and those who have sailed. I was trying to learn what some of the boat lingo was and what all went into purchasing an old boat. I ended up going with my gut. I looked at one boat and bought it!
